In just one night, we’ll visit 4 of the best bars in Mendoza while touring the city and telling you all about its exciting history and architecture.

We’ll start our experience at “Gomez Rooftop,” a hidden speakeasy bar located on the 10th floor of the Gómez Building, a historic architectural landmark in the city of Mendoza. Here, we’ll spend the golden hour with incredible views of the entire city and the mountains, accompanied by our first cocktail and a pairing of cheeses, cold cuts, and various pickled items.

Next, we’ll head to “La Central Vermutería,” offering a relaxed and authentically Argentine experience. Their gastronomic proposal combines traditional tapas dishes with gourmet touches and stands out for their refreshing cocktails that celebrate vermouth, an aperitif that evokes tradition and shared leisure in neighborhood bars.
